At Armaveny, we are committed to providing our customers with the finest quality stuffed dates. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds due to health and safety considerations. However, we are happy to provide credit towards a future purchase.

Per California state law, your purchase is subject to a California and Local County Sales Tax. This amount will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
Eligibility for credit

Time Frame: You may request a credit within 48 hours of order receipt.

Condition: Due to the perishable nature of our products, only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for credit.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims, with a detailed description and photograph(s), for a credit.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Armaveny is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

An incorrect or outdated address is provided.

The recipient is not available to receive the delivery.

An amended or new delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Orders that are returned or diverted due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges based on the courier in the destination country.
